How we apply it

BodyTalk uses the principles of consciousness based medicine and your body’s innate wisdom to help it promote healing on all levels. A special set of protocols and associated technique allow this to be done remotely by the practitioner whilst you go about your day to day or lying on a therapy bed with the practitioner. The practitioner lightly touches you arm and allows your own system through biofeedback to navigate the connections that are needed to help restore health – lightly tapping on your head to repair and your heart and stomach area is used to restore the communication systems within your body/mind/energy system. The practitioner’s key role is to act a catalyst, bringing both client and the healing together. Each session may take from 20 minutes to one hour depending on the key needs of the body.
